pancakes, make it vegan!

🥞 my favourite quick snack. also super good for your budget, lets just say it – i’m broke and this snack, of things i have at home, made under 30 mins, is a savior.

4 ingredient vegan pancakes –

  • flour
  • water
  • sugar
  • oil(for frying)

put flour in a bowl and a little bit of water. mix. add more water and so on till you get the consistency that you like.
add sugar for your taste, i like them sweet.
heat up the pan with some oil, i usually go with coconut oil, gives them nice taste and smell.
pour the batter on pan.
flip over and don’t forget to taste first batch to see if you need to add anything.
also don’t worry if first batch doesn’t come out all nice and perfect, first batch is for you to improve and eat while you make the other pretty and yummy pancakes.

also you can take this as a base and add on things like cacao for choco pancakes, non dairy milk instead of water(but i always go for water), coconut sprinkles, baking soda or powder for fluffier pancakes or maybe you have a banana that is too ripe(banana pancakes are awesome) etc.

ps. i made these pancakes, from yesterdays leftover batter, while making my morning oatmeal and took the pancakes as lunch to work. by the way this batter can stay good for days. once me and my boyfriend made too much of it, put in the fridge, forgot about it. week later found it, stirred it, batter was still good✨
